Bought a small box of UHT cream for the scones a few weeks ago, but never got to make them because I was staying up really late and couldn't be bothered baking them for breakfast. Well opened the cream on Friday and got to use it before it goes off so I told my mum I was gonna make scones in the afternoon :) Returned home from the market and started surfing the net. My mum walks past the room and was like "Aren't you making scones? I'm waiting for them." Hahaha totally forgot about it...and thus after my dad's "put more sultanas and fruit in them" these extremely fruity scones were born. Modified Gary's scones recipe again. LOVE the recipe ^^

Made these jellies before I went to do homework last night. Like I assumed the weather would be "hot" in the afternoon since it was hot on Friday and Saturday. Only to find out it's all windy and rainy today. Oh well, it's not even cold (for me that is) But last night's wind was shocking. The windows were shaking and I felt the house shake. It was scary. And Thangstahh was watching Batman all night...and the movie never seemed to end...Oh well, got to pester my "fan tong" friend before I gave in to my baggy eyes XD
