180 degrees Celsius
fan forced
ingredients:
makes 12 mini scones
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 grams butter, cut into small cubes
- handful of dried fruits, cut into small pieces
(I used dried mango) - 3 Tb sugar
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
(normal milk or water can be used as well)

1. Sift flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
2. Add the butter cubes to the flour mixture.

10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until scones are firm and golden.
